ASTM C612-14 Standard Specification for Mineral Fiber Block and Board Thermal Insulation

ASTM C612-14 礦棉絕熱板狀及塊狀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范

此規(guī)范涵蓋使用表面絕熱范圍在0°F (-18°C) 到1800°F (982°C)之間的半剛性及剛性礦棉板分類、組分、尺寸、物理性能。特定使用時的溫度限值由生產(chǎn)商和購買商之間協(xié)商。

板內(nèi)纖維的取向主要是平行于主表面的，此規(guī)范不適用于垂直主表面的情況。

ASTM C612-14規(guī)范中將涵蓋范圍內(nèi)的礦棉板基于最高使用溫度、最大表觀熱導(dǎo)率、最小抗壓強(qiáng)度、最大線性收縮率、最大水蒸氣吸收率和最大表面燃燒熱性這些性能分成七個型和兩個類，分別是IA型，IB型，II型，III型，IVA型，IVB型和V型及1類、2類。其中V型還分等級A和等級B。

在組分方面，ASTM C612-14規(guī)范中也規(guī)定材料中不得含有石棉。
