　　EN471標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會(huì)(CEN)提出的，歷經(jīng)1996年和2003年兩次重新修訂，2003年9月1日起歐盟各國陸續(xù)執(zhí)行實(shí)施新版標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(EN471-2003)。
