      產品描述：

      人MXA蛋白（粘液virus抗性蛋白1）是MX1基因的產物，是由662個氨基酸殘基組成的76kDa蛋白，屬于大GTPase的動態(tài)超家族。MXA蛋白在細胞對抗各種virus（包括流感、副流感、麻疹、柯薩奇、乙型肝炎virus和thogotovirus）的抗virus活性中起著重要作用。virus在其生命周期的早期、宿主細胞進入后不久和基因組擴增前被MXA蛋白抑制。小鼠mxa（mx1-gtpase）聚集在細胞核內，與核體結合，抑制已知在細胞核內復制的流感virus和thogotovirus。人MXA蛋白也聚集在細胞質和內質網中。內質網的膜室似乎提供了一個促進virus目標識別的相互作用平臺。MXA似乎通過感知和捕獲核衣殼樣結構來檢測virusinfect。因此，virus成分無法用于產生新的virus顆粒。virusMXA蛋白的表達僅由干擾素α和干擾素β以劑量依賴性方式誘導，而不是由干擾素γ、IL-1、TNFα或其他細胞因子誘導。在臨床診斷中，MXA蛋白作為virusinfect的標志物可能比其他誘導蛋白（如2'，5’-寡腺苷酸合成酶）更具優(yōu)勢，因為其基礎濃度非常低，半衰期較長。一些臨床研究報告了MXA蛋白在外周血單個核細胞中的表達可能作為區(qū)分virus性和細菌性疾病的標志物，以及在慢性virus性肝炎和多發(fā)性硬化的干擾素treatment過程中I型干擾素生物可利用性的可靠標志物。
