PSE（Product Safety of Electrical Appliance & Materials）認(rèn)證（在日本稱之為“適合性檢查”）是日本電氣用品的強(qiáng)制性市場準(zhǔn)入制度。目前，日本政府根據(jù)日本《電氣用品安全法》將電氣用品分為“特定電氣用品”和“非特定電氣用品”，所涵蓋產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入日本市場必須通過PSE安全認(rèn)證。

凡屬于“特定電氣用品”目錄內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品，進(jìn)入日本市場，必須通過日本經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)省授權(quán)的第三方認(rèn)證咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)證，取得認(rèn)證合格證書，并在標(biāo)簽上有菱形的PSE標(biāo)志（如下圖）。
